Welcome to JUCO Insider Report
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JUCO Insider Report website, mobile applications, databases, recruiting tools, AI features, public submission portals, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
Throughout these Terms, “JUCO Insider Report,” “JIR,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to JUCO Insider Report.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that: The information you provide is accurate and current. You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. College coaches, recruiters, administrators, and institutional users are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to access recruiting information on behalf of their organization.
2. Accounts
Certain portions of the Platform require registration. You agree to: Maintain accurate account information. Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access. Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account. JUCO Insider Report may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Platform Services
JUCO Insider Report provides recruiting and scouting tools, including: Athlete profiles Recruiting database access Verified testing information Highlight film hosting Interview video hosting Coach search tools Recruiting analytics AI-assisted player evaluations Recruiting rankings Public athlete submission portals Administrative tools Platform features may change without prior notice.
4. Public Athlete Submissions
Athletes may voluntarily submit: Recruiting profiles Contact information Statistics Highlight videos Interview videos Academic information Athletic testing data Social media links Submission does not guarantee publication. JUCO Insider Report reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove submitted content.
5. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit. By uploading content, you grant JUCO Insider Report a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: Host Store Display Reproduce Distribute Promote Modify formatting Create thumbnails Stream media solely for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. You represent that: You own the content or have permission to upload it. Your content does not infringe any intellectual property rights. Your content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
6. Recruiting Information
The Platform contains recruiting information compiled from: Publicly available sources Schools Coaches Student-athletes Authorized representatives Third-party verification partners Statistical providers While we strive for accuracy, JUCO Insider Report does not guarantee that all player information is complete, current, or error-free. Recruiting decisions remain solely the responsibility of each institution.
7. AI Features
Certain Platform features may use artificial intelligence to assist with: Player evaluations Position projections Trait identification Recruiting insights Ranking assistance Video analysis Statistical projections AI-generated information is intended to assist—not replace—the judgment of coaches, scouts, and recruiting personnel. Users are responsible for independently evaluating all recruiting decisions.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: Violate any law. Upload malicious software. Attempt unauthorized access. Reverse engineer the Platform. Interfere with system security. Scrape or copy the database without authorization. Harvest user information. Use automated bots without written permission. Upload false recruiting information. Impersonate another individual. Circumvent access restrictions. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.
9. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its: Design Software Logos Branding Databases Graphics Recruiting tools AI systems Search functionality Reports are owned by JUCO Insider Report or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
10. Subscription Services
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, billing, renewals, and cancellation policies will be presented at the time of purchase. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including: Hudl X (formerly Twitter) YouTube Instagram NCAA resources NJCAA resources Statistical providers Video hosting services JUCO Insider Report is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the JUCO Insider Report Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
13. Copyright Complaints
JUCO Insider Report respects intellectual property rights. If you believe copyrighted material has been improperly posted, please submit a written notice including: Identification of the copyrighted work. Identification of the allegedly infringing material. Contact information. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the complaint is accurate. We may remove allegedly infringing material while investigating.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time if: These Terms are violated. Fraudulent activity is detected. Unauthorized access occurs. Platform security is threatened. Required payments are not made. We determine continued access is not in the best interest of the Platform or its users.
15. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, JUCO Insider Report disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee: Continuous availability Error-free operation Recruiting outcomes Scholarship offers Athletic opportunities Accuracy of third-party information
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JUCO Insider Report and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to JUCO Insider Report during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JUCO Insider Report, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: Your use of the Platform. Your uploaded content. Your violation of these Terms. Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
